People + Studio Coordinator 

The People + Studio Coordinator is at the intersection of hospitality, studio operations, culture and talent. You help create the kind of environment where great work happens- keeping our studios running smoothly, making people feel welcomed and cared for, and up-leveling the Archrival employee experience.

This is a highly varied role for someone who loves people, thrives in making things happen and is equally energized by creating a great studio experience, finding the right candidate or bringing an employee experience idea to life. 

Your Impact In the Role

Employee Experience 

  • Serve as a key member of the People Team and help create a welcoming, connected, and engaging employee experience across both studio and remote teams.
  • Own select Employee Experience projects and culture moments from idea through execution - including culture experiences, agency happenings and recognition moments. 
  • Partner with People Ops on onboarding and offboarding, including scheduling meetings, first-day setup, equipment, gear, access, and other employee logistics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and take initiative to make thoughtful ideas happen.

Talent + Recruiting

  • Own talent sourcing for select agency roles and recruiting initiatives, partnering with People Ops and hiring managers to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. 
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through various social platforms, professional networks, and other creative channels.
  • Manage candidate outreach and help move candidates through the recruiting process, from initial connection through interview coordination. 
  • Support high-volume and campaign based hiring by developing strong talent pipelines and helping keep recruiting efforts moving effectively. 
  • Source and support outreach to influencers, creators, ambassadors, and other talent for client campaigns, building organized prospect lists based on campaign goals and audience fit.
  • Bring a creative, innovative approach to talent - looking beyond traditional recruitment efforts. 

Studio + Office Management 

  • Own the day to day hospitality and experience of our studios, creating spaces that are warm, polished, thoughtful and true to Archrival
  • Own our sustenance- including weekly lunches, in-house barista bar and other studio offerings for employees and guests.
  • Manage office purchasing and expenses, consistently look for smart, thoughtful ways to allocate resources.
  • Liaison with building and parking ownership on communications, projects, and issues.
  • Manage agency shipping and fulfillment needs, supporting project teams as needs arise. 

What you Need to Succeed

  • Experience or desire in office/studio management, recruiting, talent coordination, or a similar role.
  • A natural hospitality mindset with an instinct for making people feel welcome and cared for.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shift gears quickly.
  • Strong research and sourcing instincts - you enjoy finding the right person and aren't afraid to get creative about where you look.
  • Comfortable using social platforms, and other digital tools to research and identify candidates and talent.
  • A genuine interest in people, workplace culture, recruiting, and creating memorable experiences.
  • A proactive mindset - you notice what needs to be done and take care of it without waiting to be asked.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with employees, candidates, creators, vendors, clients, and agency partners.
  • An up-for-anything attitude and a love for figuring out new challenges.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to run occasional studio errands.
  • Ability to lift and move packages or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs.
