LEAD THE CHARGE FOR C4 ENERGY IN LONG ISLAND

As the C4 Energy Field Lead, you’ll be the on-the-ground captain of our Long Island + NYC sampling engine. You’re the connector between the strategy and the street—managing daily routes, leading your team through high-volume sampling, and making smart, real-time decisions when the unexpected hits. You know the terrain, and you thrive under pressure.

YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE

Leadership. Oversee the daily operations and execution of the Long Island field team. Keep the team motivated, organized, and focused on goals.
Permit Navigation. Collaborate with our embedded permit advisor and use pre-approved access points to avoid unnecessary sampling shutdowns.
Team Scheduling + Route Planning. Coordinate your roster of Brand Reps each week, assigning locations/events and backup zones based on traffic, enforcement, crowd flow, and intel from local partners.
On-the-Fly Problem Solving. When plans shift, you pivot. You’re empowered to make real-time decisions to keep sampling moving.
Reporting + Insights. Provide daily recaps, escalate any on-site issues, and flag trends that can help inform the broader playbook.
Gear + Logistics Management. You’ll be responsible for sampling equipment, product inventory, and the safe transport and setup of mobile sampling stations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

2+ years of team lead, sampling supervisor, or field marketing experience.
Deep familiarity with Long Island—including both North and South Shores.
Proven experience navigating permitting, public space activations, and high-traffic zones.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be available 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
This is a 17 week contracted role.
Field Leads will be paid $38 per hour.
